It is a flexible internal temperature probe. It has an ultra-small thermocouple wire covered with a Teflon-coated sheath.

Tolerance -50°C ≦ t < -40°C : ±3.5°C
-40°C ≦ t ≦ 200°C : ±2.5°C

Time to read results: 2 seconds
Tormocouple length 500 mm. *Length can be chosen.
Durability cannot be estimated due to special use.
