A supervisor who is competent in safety can encourage his or her employees, as well as the organization, to work and operate safely. Since they influence such safety management, the Ministry of Labor then legislated a law with being provided that the enterprise shall appoint all its supervisors as safety officers: supervisory level and all such supervisors shall attend a training entitled “Safety Officer: Supervisory Level” course.
